Care of duvets and pillows
How to properly wash high-quality duvets and pillows?
For luxurious bedding to retain its fluffiness, thermal insulation, and dimensional stability in the long term, we recommend professional cleaning. Alternatively, the following care instructions should be carefully observed.
For duvets and pillows, we recommend a washing machine with a capacity of at least 7 kg – larger drums are ideal. To protect the material and filling, the machine should be filled to a maximum of 25%.
For top-loading washing machines, it is recommended to wash two products simultaneously or to balance them with towels of similar weight to avoid imbalance.
- Washing temperature: max. 40 °C
- Washing program: delicate cycle
- Washing duration: approx. 15–20 minutes
- Afterwards: 4 thorough rinses without detergent residue
- Finally: spin at high speed
Excessive temperatures can wear out the high-quality materials faster and shorten the lifespan of the products.
Only use mild detergents and use them sparingly. Detergent residue can stick to the filling materials and impair breathability.
For optimal results, bedding should be dried particularly gently:
- maximum drying temperature: 60 °C
- low drum load
- regular shaking during the drying process
A proven tip: tennis balls in the dryer help keep the filling loose and voluminous.
- Do not use bleach

- Do not use chemical additives
- Clean bedding at least once per season
Care of bed linen and towels
How to keep luxurious bedding soft and elegant over time
Exclusive bed linen and high-quality towels require careful care to maintain their color brilliance, softness, and longevity.
- Wash temperature: 60 °C
- Delicate cycle recommended
- Fill washing machine to a maximum of 80%
- Use mild detergents
A larger drum ensures that delicate fabrics are cleaned particularly gently.
High-quality cotton bedding should ideally be ironed after washing to maintain its elegant appearance and smooth surface.
Cotton-polyester blends can be folded directly after drying, provided they are still slightly warm. This significantly reduces creases.
- Do not iron towels
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents
- For maximum softness, prefer biodegradable detergents
Care of mattress covers and toppers
Hygienic care for a lasting fresh sleeping experience
Mattress covers and topper protectors contribute significantly to a hygienic and comfortable sleeping environment. With proper care, materials remain breathable, dimensionally stable, and durable.
- Washing temperature: maximum 60 °C
- Use a gentle wash cycle
- Fill washing machine to no more than half capacity
- Use only mild detergents
For gentle drying, we recommend:
- a maximum drying temperature of 60 °C
- regular fluffing during drying
- several short drying intervals instead of one long program
This keeps the materials elastic and pleasantly soft.

- Do not dry clean
- Cleaning recommended at least once per season
