Please note that we are an industrial manufacturer - it is an honor for us to serve you and we love to provide our products to private individuals directly, too. However, our production is scheduled up to a year in advance, and we merely squeeze in private individual orders. We ask for your understanding if things are a little slower than today's "NOW society", and we thank you for your support !  

(1) If we have not clearly stated in the product description, all products offered by us can be shipped immediately. As of January 2018, delivery is usually within 14 working days. Please note that all payments are due immediately with placing the order - even if you pay via invoice.

(2) Boxspring beds and headboards are custom made to order. The complete process can easily take 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. As these products are made to order, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, and beds cannot be returned. 

(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration may delay delivery but does not alter the validity of the contract.
